Here are a few resources available to international students at Texas A&M and those living in the community. We will keep this resource list as updated and well -maintained as possible.

Center for Teaching Excellence – English Language and Proficiency (ELP)

The Center for Teaching Excellence’s English Language Proficiency (CTE-ELP) program is a linguistic service provided to international instructors (and prospective instructors) who wish to improve their spoken English skills.

Student Counseling Services (SCS) for International Students

Whether you are just beginning your college career or are a graduate student, there is usually a significant amount of stress in transitioning to living in another country. Making an appointment with an SCS counselor can be helpful in assessing your concerns and in making recommendations for your success.

The 12th Can

The 12th Can is a student-run food pantry located at Texas A&M to serve all students, faculty, and staff in need of assistance. Our goal is to eliminate hunger at Texas A&M, bring awareness to food insecurity in college communities, and show others the power of the Aggie spirit.

International Student Services

The mission of ISS is to facilitate international students’ admittance to the United States, to assist international students’ transition to life in the United States and at Texas A&M, to promote interactions between the U.S. and international populations, and to provide services necessary to meet the special needs of international students.
